Position Purpose
As PGL's Marketing Strategist, you will execute marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, market growth, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion. This role integrates traditional marketing with advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence technologies to enhance decision-making, optimize campaign performance, and create highly personalized customer engagement strategies.
The Marketing Strategist will help with the design and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies that leverage AI-powered insights, predictive analytics, and automation to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency. This position ensures alignment between marketing initiatives and organizational objectives.
The Marketing Strategist collaborates cross-functionally with executive leadership, sales, operations, and technology teams to translate market intelligence into actionable growth strategies. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with IT and data teams to implement and maintain marketing technology infrastructure.

Education And Experience
Years of Experience: 1-3 years of strong knowledge and experience in Marketing/Agency work is a plus
