Senior Investor Services Analyst

We are looking for a financial analyst to support the investor relations and accounting function of a mid-market private equity client. The role primarily focuses on the data collection and reporting for limited partner financial reporting and portfolio company financial information.

Primary Responsibilities Will Include

Complete quarterly data reporting requests from LPs

Near term cash flow projection

Quarterly data templates (includes portfolio company operating metrics, valuation metrics and capital account metrics)

Operational due diligence requests

ESG/ DEI questionnaires (extracting data from Novata)

Assist with fundraising requests that are data based (these are similar to routine quarterly requests)

Quarterly reporting

Uploading cashflows and financials on ilevel

Managing investment team input into Quarterly Reports

Input fund financial information into Quarterly Reports

Managing approval processes, including legal/ finance/ compliance

Maintaining and updating master cash flow file for all alt fund vehicles

Assist with capital call/ distribution notices

Various ad hoc data requests

Qualifications and Skills

3+ years of experience in a private equity related accounting or reporting role.

Must have the ability to work independently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar discipline.

The salary range for this position $90,000-$130,000, in addition to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offer within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.

Work Arrangement All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of three (3) days a week in our office and two (2) days remotely.
