Sr. Growth Marketing Lead

Medium, San Francisco, CA, United States

About Oleria Oleria provides adaptive and autonomous identity security solutions to protect and enable today's dynamic enterprise. Our platform delivers unparalleled fine‑grained access visibility, including usage insights at the individual resource level, so CISOs can confidently answer: Who has access to what? How did they get it? What are they doing with it?

With our recent launch of Adaptive Identity Governance, we have a massive opportunity to disrupt the legacy IGA market. We're replacing multi‑year, multi‑million dollar deployments with a data‑first, AI‑native platform that gets organizations governed in under an hour. It's a wide‑open market, and we're just getting started.

Founded by cybersecurity veterans Jim Alkove and Jagadeesh Kunda, who built and secured platforms used by billions globally, we've raised $60M+ from Evolution Equity Partners, Salesforce Ventures, Tapestry VC, Zscaler, and other technology luminaries. Our Fortune 500 and public sector clients trust us to protect millions of users worldwide.

We're proud to be recognized as a LinkedIn Best Startup and a Best Startup to Work For by Built In. Join a well‑funded team with real traction, a game‑changing new product, and a mission to deliver identity security that sets your business free.

The Mission You are the operational engine of Oleria’s marketing function. You own the growth number, run the weekly operating cadence across Bay Area and Bangalore teams, and ensure every external interaction—from analyst briefings to conference keynotes—reinforces Oleria’s position as the leader in AI‑native identity security. This is a hands‑on senior IC role. You build campaigns, review pipeline data, prep founders for market‑facing moments, and ship work product every week. With AI leverage, you do what used to require a team.

This role will require periodic travel, including to our HQ based in Bellevue, WA.

What You Ship

AI‑powered campaign workflows: automated lead nurturing, signal‑based outbound triggers, and personalized ABM sequences built with AI — not manually assembled in spreadsheets

Content velocity: 3‑5 campaign assets per week (landing pages, email sequences, social, ads) using AI drafting and the Bangalore web/design engineer for production

Pipeline model management: own the marketing‑sourced path of Oleria's two‑path pipeline model, tracking from lead to closed‑won with full attribution

Campaign strategy and execution across paid, organic, and event channels

Marketing budget allocation and pipeline contribution reporting

Founder prep and messaging frameworks for conferences, analyst briefings, and media

Partnership activation from the marketing side (AWS Marketplace, channel partners)

Cross‑functional operating rhythm: continuous pipeline reviews with sales, campaign retrospectives, planning aligned to the business target

Marketing attribution and full‑funnel transparency

What We Look For

5–8 years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations — ideally at a Series A–C cybersecurity or enterprise software company where you were the first or second marketing hire, not inheriting an existing machine

You’ve personally built and run campaigns, not just managed vendors who did. You know Pardot (or HubSpot/Marketo), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEMrush at an operator level

Experience preparing executives or founders for high‑stakes moments: keynotes, analyst briefings, board presentations, media interviews

Comfort with data: you pull your own pipeline reports, build your own dashboards, and make budget decisions based on what the numbers say

You are AI‑native. Claude, GPT, and AI research tools are your daily multipliers — not experiments. You draft campaigns in hours, pull competitive intel in minutes, and generate 10 messaging variants before most marketers finish one. Show us your AI workflow in the interview.

You’ve rebuilt or stood up a marketing function from scratch. You know what it means to have no playbook, no existing campaigns, and no team to inherit — and that energizes you.

You’ve worked across time zones and can set clear weekly objectives for a remote team while giving them autonomy to deliver

Strong opinions on what works in enterprise security marketing, loosely held when the data says otherwise

Nice to Have

Experience working directly with product/engineering teams on PLG or product‑led sales motions

Familiarity with the Rule of 60 or similar GTM efficiency frameworks for capital‑efficient growth

Experience in identity security, IAM, IGA, or adjacent cybersecurity markets

Familiarity with Clay, Dreamdata, or similar modern GTM tooling

Experience with product‑led growth motions alongside enterprise sales

Background at an AI‑first or AI‑native company
