Outdoor Comfort Solutions is hiring a Hardscape & Outdoor Living Installer to help build high-quality exterior projects for homeowners who want to enjoy their outdoor spaces year-round. This is a hands‑on role for someone who likes working outdoors, takes pride in solid workmanship, and wants to be part of a team that delivers polished results.
Since 2000, Outdoor Comfort Solutions has specialized in custom outdoor upgrades for mid- to high‑end residential clients. Our work includes patio covers, retractable screens, awnings, and other exterior living features designed to improve comfort, function, and appearance. We are known for doing things the right way and standing behind the finished product.

What You'll Do
Install outdoor living products such as motorized screens, awnings, patio covers, and related exterior features
Review work orders, installation details, and site requirements before starting each project
Take accurate measurements and complete cuts, assembly, and installation to company standards
Use hand tools, power tools, and jobsite equipment safely and responsibly
Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment for each job
Keep jobsites clean, safe, and professional throughout the installation process
Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and correctly
Interact respectfully with homeowners and represent the company in a professional manner
What We're Looking For
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening after offer
Basic carpentry or construction experience
Ability to read a tape measure and handle basic measurement calculations accurately
Comfortable lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in changing weather conditions
Dependable work habits and a strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn installation methods and products
Experience in residential installation, exterior construction, patio covers, screens, awnings, or similar work is preferred
JobTread experience is helpful, but not required
Pay and Benefits
$25.00-$35.00 per hour , based on experience
