As Administrator, you will lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with patient/resident needs, government regulations and Company policies, with a focus on providing excellent care for your patients and residents.

Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal.
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to recruit, engage and retain quality teammates.
The ability to execute on operational strategies to achieve financial and operational goals.
Requirements / Qualifications
An active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator License in the state of Virginia.
Bachelor’s (Preferred).
Supervising Experience: 1 year (Preferred).
Experience in performance management and effective leadership.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Bachelors Degree
