JOB SUMMARY As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will own the client experience end-to-end - sourcing business, structuring loans, educating borrowers, and closing deals. This role is ideal for professionals seeking autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to scale their personal brand.

WHAT WE OFFER

W-2 income guarantee to support ramp-up –

based on prior W-2 earnings, we front your typical monthly income for an initial period to provide stability while you build pipeline (e.g., $10k/month prior income = $10k/month guaranteed during ramp)

High commission structure (~70% of production) with strong upside driven by competitive wholesale rates

Average earnings of $100k–$200k annually; top performers earning $300k+

Mix of borrower-paid, lender-paid, and private money loan opportunities

Bread-and-butter production target of ~5 loans per month

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Originate 3-6+ loans per month, scaling up incrementally

Manage the full loan lifecycle

Build a book of business through realtor and community outreach

Utilize traditional, brokered, and private-money products

Maintain accurate CRM records using Basecamp

Participate in weekly coaching and performance reviews

Represent your personal brand professionally

QUALIFICATIONS

Integrity-driven, accountable, and coachable

High-volume production mindset

Polished communicator and relationship builder

Prior production required

Currently licensed OR actively originating in a bank environment
