Overview Provides support as a trusted pre-sales advisor to the Ancillary Virtual Sales organization through expertise in products and offerings to increase sales performance.
Responsibilities
Partners with Ancillary Virtual Sales, Implementation, Service, Product and Marketing organizations increase sales performance, foster process improvements and ensure effective communication.
Provides Virtual Sales Representatives with pre-sale technical support regarding product functionality and fit.
Champions relationship between sales and implementation to improve net client gain.
Maintains high level of Ancillary Virtual Sales product and process knowledge to provide quality service.
Consults with Sales regarding product options and client impact to ensure continual improvement and meet clients' expectations.
Provides direction and training to Ancillary Virtual Sales on new product offerings and features, and works with Sales and Operations training to help develop product, feature, and process training.
Conducts regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis for tactical daily operations, as well as for key project initiatives and strategies. Assess and analyzes key indicators, departmental metrics, current processes and potential future state to improve operating efficiencies and sales performance.
Assists with month end commissions process to ensure sales are reported properly in SF with audits of the revenue PAR calculations.
Takes lead on all pilots that Product, Marketing or our vendor/partners bring to this sales team to manage the overall process and communications with all parties for successful launches of new products, services and features into the sales process.
Represents the department on initiatives and projects to ensure departmental needs are met and actions of the team are aligned with departmental goals.
Qualifications
H.S. Diploma - Required
1 year of experience in Ancillary Virtual Sales Products.
1 year of experience in Sales, Pre-sales consulting or Sales Engineering.
Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically between $45,000-$75,000. This range includes base pay but does not include bonus potential or other components that make up the total rewards.
