Location: Traveling Role — Projects Across the East Coast & Nationwide Why This Role?

You’ll work across multiple project types including commercial, federal, and municipal construction, gaining exposure to diverse scopes and environments that strengthen long-term career growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll serve as the onsite leader responsible for driving daily construction operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Managing day-to-day jobsite operations from mobilization through project completion
Supervising subcontractors and coordinating all onsite construction activities
Maintaining project schedules and ensuring milestones are achieved
Enforcing safety standards and regulatory compliance across all phases of work
Coordinating inspections, site logistics, and field reporting
Leading subcontractor and coordination meetings
Working closely with Project Managers to resolve field issues and maintain progress
Managing work performed in active or occupied environments when required
Maintaining quality control standards and project documentation using construction software platforms
This role is highly field-focused and requires regular travel to support project assignments.
What is Sought
3-5 years of construction supervision or field leadership experience
Experience working on commercial, federal, or municipal construction projects
Ground-up and renovation experience preferred
Willingness and ability to travel for the majority of the year
Ability to obtain government security clearance
OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred
C-QCM and/or SSHO certifications preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable managing projects in occupied or active environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred
