Summary:

This position plays a key role in supporting business growth and profitability through data-driven insights and financial analysis. This role involves analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and commercial financial performance to inform strategic decisions. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities, and support pricing, forecasting, and budgeting activities.

Essential Functions:

Performs complex analyses and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights.

Conducts analysis of business trends using advanced analytical methods and presents findings, recommendations, and possible actions to support business profitability and maintain portfolio composition.

Track monthly metrics and analyze commercial operations and customer satisfaction.

Leverage data visualization tools including Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to analyze commercial data, analyze Data cleaning and present actionable insights that support business decisions and drive commercial performance.

Analyze commercial data to identify key trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities that support strategic growth and performance.

Systematically gather relevant information, test business hypotheses, and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives.

Provide data-driven information to support effective decision-making, problem-solving, and performance tracking across Commercial areas.

Analyze customer preferences and behavior to help establish informed commercial strategies and improve customer engagement.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver insights that inform strategic planning and business development.

Manage reports and variance explanations to areas according to requests.

Present findings in a clear and concise manner and develop data-driven content with distinct narratives for use in infographics, presentations, and reports.

Monitor and validate data quality across commercial systems, ensuring the reliability and consistency of all analytical outputs.

Draw conclusions from complex analyses and present findings in a clear and concise manner, tailored to different audiences and business needs.

Execute any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance from an accredited institution.

This position requires two (2) years of relevant experience in functions related to business analysis, data analysis, or statistical analysis.
