Property Admin – Leasing Specialist | Fairfield, CA | Temp-to-Hire
We’re partnering with a highly respected, mission-driven affordable housing organization that is growing and looking to add a Property Admin – Leasing Specialist to their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the people side of leasing and the detail-oriented side of property administration and compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage application intake, leasing files, and move-in coordination
Maintain waitlists and ensure compliance with affordable housing guidelines (LIHTC, HUD, TCAC)
Prepare and organize resident files, income certifications, and recertifications
Support resident communication, notices, and general inquiries
Assist with rent tracking, deposits, and basic financial documentation
Coordinate with maintenance on unit turns, inspections, and readiness
Keep everything organized, audit-ready, and on track
What We’re Looking For
Experience in property management, leasing, or administrative support
Strong interest or background in affordable housing (LIHTC preferred)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing both leasing tasks and administrative/compliance work
Experience with Yardi, Entrata, or similar systems is a plus
