Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, primarily based in Reno, NV, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless transaction process. Core responsibilities include preparing property listings, leading property tours, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a combination of in-person client interactions and administrative tasks that can be carried out remotely.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License (required) and proficiency in real estate regulations and practices
Strong skills in Real Estate, Sales, and understanding of Real Property markets
Exceptional Customer Service skills, focusing on client satisfaction and communication
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Technology proficiency, including familiarity with real estate tools and platforms
Previous experience in the Reno, NV real estate market is a plus
Reliable transportation and flexibility to accommodate client schedules
