Monday-Friday | Daytime business hours (between 7:00 AM-5:00 PM)
Role Overview As a Mortgage Processing Clerk, you'll support a high‑volume loan processing team by keeping files accurate, complete, and moving forward. This is a great entry‑level opportunity for someone detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and eager to grow in financial services.
What You'll Do
Support loan processing teams with administrative tasks such as document review, scanning, filing, and data entry
Work across multiple systems to track, update, and manage a large pipeline of mortgage files
Communicate with internal teams and third‑party partners to gather and verify borrower documentation
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in financial services or a strong administrative/data entry background
High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and systems
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Strong written communication skills
Mortgage or banking experience is a plus, not required
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
