About the Role We are seeking driven, competitive individuals to join our Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) sales team. This is a commission‑only position with uncapped earning potential and additional performance bonuses for top producers.
This role is designed as a growth track: you will start as an Opener, responsible for generating and qualifying leads, and have the opportunity to advance into a Closer role, where you will handle full deal cycles.
Key Responsibilities As an Opener
Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to small and medium‑sized business owners
Identify and qualify potential clients in need of working capital
Build rapport and gather key financial and business information
Set appointments or transfer qualified leads to Closers
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
As You Advance to a Closer
Manage the full sales cycle from pitch to funding
Present tailored funding solutions to business owners
Negotiate terms and overcome objections
Submit and manage deals through underwriting
Build and maintain a pipeline of active deals
Compensation Structure
100% Commission‑Based Pay
(no base salary)
Uncapped earnings

Requirements
Strong communication and persuasion skills
High energy, self‑motivated, and competitive mindset
Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence
