Senior Paid Media Specialist LOCOMOTIVE Agency’s award-winning paid media team is looking for a fully remote US based Senior Paid Media Specialist.

As a Senior Paid Media Specialist at LOCOMOTIVE you will be the paid media lead on one or more accounts. You will own client communication, strategy, implementation, execution, and optimization across search, social, and programmatic channels. This is a client-facing role with end-to-end responsibility for performance, testing roadmaps, measurement integrity, and delivering results that align with sales and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary paid media lead for assigned accounts: client communication, strategy, roadmaps, and performance reviews

Plan, build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic where appropriate

Manage monthly budgets and pacing, implement bidding strategies, and forecast spend to meet KPIs (CPL, CPA, CPO, ROAS, LTV, CAC, CACPP)

Design and run experimentation programs for creative, audiences, landing pages, and bidding approaches; surface learnings and scale winners into playbooks

Lead account audits and intake assessments for new clients and expansion opportunities; diagnose tracking, funnel gaps, and growth levers

Implement, QA, and troubleshoot conversion tracking and attribution (GTM, pixels, GA4), and collaborate with analytics to ensure data integrity

Create and present client-ready reporting and strategic recommendations tell the story behind the numbers and the “why” it matters

Recommend and coordinate landing page & CRO improvements to paid landing pages

Identify opportunities for automation, scripting, and process improvements to reduce manual work and increase performance scale

Mentor junior specialists when relevant and contribute to onboarding materials and training sessions

Required Qualifications

4+ years of paid media experience, with agency experience preferred

Proven B2B SaaS paid media experience with a clear understanding of sales cycles and ICPs

Hands‑on experience managing sizable paid media budgets ($100k–$1M+ per month across accounts)

Expert‑level proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads

Strong analytical skills and experience turning data into actionable optimization and strategy recommendations

Experience owning client relationships, presenting to stakeholders, and managing expectations

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneouslyExperience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, server‑side tracking, and advanced attribution approaches

Familiarity with Looker Studio, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and programmatic DSPs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with bidding automation, scripts, and campaign management tools

Background in CRO frameworks, A/B testing tools, and landing page optimization

Experience documenting playbooks, training materials, and onboarding processes

Salary range: $80,000–$95,000 per year, depending on experience
