Lead U.S. federal and state income tax compliance, including review of returns and related filings
Manage quarterly and annual income tax provision processes under ASC 740
Partner with internal stakeholders to support tax planning, audits, and business initiatives
Monitor tax law changes and assess impacts to the organization
Oversee income tax accounting, forecasts, and effective tax rate analysis
Support tax audits and inquiries from taxing authorities
Improve tax processes, controls, and documentation through continuous improvement
Mentor and guide team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment
What Are We Looking For
Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state income tax compliance and accounting
Demonstrated ability to manage complex tax provisions and related analyses
Proven capability to interpret and apply tax law changes to business operations
Effective leadership and collaboration skills across diverse teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Clear, professional communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
