Senior Estimator Ground-Up Residential | Manhattan, NYC | $150K$200K Were partnered with a leading NYC-based General Contractor delivering high-end ground-up residential projects across Manhattan. Due to continued growth, theyre looking to bring on an experienced Estimator to take ownership of preconstruction and pricing across a strong pipeline of new developments. The Role Lead full-cycle estimating for ground-up residential projects Develop detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bid packages Work closely with project management, ownership, and subcontractors Analyze drawings, specs, and scope gaps Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives What Theyre Looking For 5+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor Strong experience on ground-up residential construction Proven ability to handle projects from concept through GMP Solid understanding of NYC construction market and subcontractor base Proficiency with estimating software and takeoffs Compensation & Benefits Salary: $150,000 $200,000 (DOE) Bonus and strong benefits package Long-term pipeline of Manhattan-based projects Opportunity to work on high-profile residential builds Location Manhattan, New York (office-based with project interaction) If youre an Estimator looking to step into a high-impact role with a reputable NYC GC, apply directly or message me for a confidential discussion.
