
Sr. Trade Compliance Analyst

Our client is hiring a Sr. Trade Compliance Analyst
to join their growing Global Transportation and Logistics team. In this role, you'll shape and strengthen our global trade compliance practices, ensuring import and export operations meet regulatory requirements while supporting operational efficiency and duty?savings initiatives. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day activities related to global trade compliance. Serve as a subject?matter expert for complex compliance and regulatory questions. Maintain accurate import/export records and ensure alignment with global customs regulations. Classify goods using HTS, Schedule B, and HS codes to support compliant and cost?effective shipments. Guide teams on shipment handling, documentation, and specialized shipment types (e.g., carnets, hand?carry items). Identify duty drawback opportunities and support documentation workflows in Oracle ERP. Support post?entry corrections and maintain required documentation. Build and maintain compliance reporting metrics for internal audits. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure audit readiness and corrective actions. Stay current with regulatory changes and recommend process updates. Partner with legal to ensure customer and supplier transactions meet sanctions and regulatory controls. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field 5+ years of experience in logistics with emphasis on trade compliance Strong knowledge of customs regulations, HTS classification, ECCNs, duty drawback, reconciliation, and Incoterms Experience with CBP, FDA, DOC, and other regulatory agencies Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills Proven ability to identify risks and support contingency planning Strong analytical capability using Excel, Power BI, Power Automate ERP experience with logistics modules Preferred Qualifications Licensed Customs Broker Bilingual (English/Spanish) Oracle ERP experience
