Responsibilities Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
to identify high-traffic, high-order-potential Chinese/Asian influencer-driven restaurants.
Independently manage
merchant outreach, negotiations, and contract signing , including onboarding, product training, system setup, and backend operational support.
Perform regular
merchant visits , manage marketing materials (placement/replacement), identify merchant needs and issues, provide tailored solutions, and handle daily operations and ad hoc situations.
Collaborate with
marketing, logistics, and other cross-functional teams
to improve merchant performance, including transaction volume and order growth.
Build and maintain
strategic partnerships with merchants , optimize merchant experience, and drive win-win collaboration.
Qualifications Prior experience in
business development, sales, or market management
is preferred.
Strong
market awareness and data sensitivity , with excellent business development and client acquisition skills, especially in cold outreach.
Strong
cross-functional collaboration skills , with the ability to independently drive negotiations and close deals.
Experience working in
internet/tech companies
is preferred.
Excellent
time management and planning skills .
Must have a
valid driver’s license and own a vehicle .
