This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology—responsible for improving how we collect, structure, and activate data to drive smarter decisions and better outcomes. You’ll play a key role in advancing our marketing infrastructure, enabling more reliable reporting, and improving how we partner cross-functionally to execute.
You’ll help shape and evolve our marketing technology ecosystem to better support business goals, while remaining hands-on in execution and problem-solving.

This is a hybrid role that requires in-office work in Omaha, Nebraska.
Job Responsibilities Marketing Data, Infrastructure & Governance
Own the integrity, accuracy, and governance of marketing data across systems, ensuring reliable tracking, tagging, and data flow
Partner with IT, Data, and Product to strengthen and scale marketing data infrastructure, including monitoring and alerting for data quality issues
Support the evolution toward a more centralized marketing data environment (e.g., data warehouse, CDP readiness) and improve the flow of conversion data into marketing platforms (e.g., via APIs)
Reporting, Analytics & Measurement Enablement
Build and scale automated reporting (e.g., PowerBI) to deliver a clear, trusted view of marketing performance
Ensure consistent definition, calculation, and reporting of key marketing KPIs across systems and channels
Partner in advancing measurement approaches (attribution, LTV, forecasting) and translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations
Cross-Functional Operations & Project Leadership
Act as the primary marketing advocate in cross-functional prioritization (particularly with IT, Data, and Product)
Improve how marketing work is scoped, prioritized, and executed within sprint cycles
Identify and resolve process gaps to improve speed, alignment, and accountability across teams
CRO & Testing Enablement
Partner with marketing teams to prioritize and execute website and landing page improvements
Establish structured testing and optimization processes to improve conversion rates
Ensure tracking frameworks support accurate measurement of experiments
Team Support & Growth
Provide guidance and direction to a future Marketing Analyst
Help elevate the team’s ability to use data effectively in decision-making
Contribute to scalable processes and documentation
Innovation & Future Capabilities
Stay informed on emerging technologies, including AI-driven marketing and analytics capabilities, and identify practical applications
Evaluate and recommend improvements to the marketing technology stack to support scalability and performance
Requirements Qualifications Technical & Analytical Skills
Working knowledge of marketing data infrastructure, tracking, and tagging (e.g., GTM, GA4)
Familiarity with data environments (data warehouses, BI tools like PowerBI, etc.)
Experience with or exposure to SQL and/or Python
Familiarity with advanced measurement approaches such as attribution models, MMM, forecasting, or predictive modeling
Understanding of how to operationalize data for marketing use cases (reporting, optimization, audience activation)
Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, SFMC, analytics tools like GA4, tag management, and digital advertising ecosystems
Core Capabilities
Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with strategic thinking
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive solutions
Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence across teams with competing priorities
Clear communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience & Education
~5–8 years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, analytics, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Business, or a related field.
Experience working across marketing, data, and technical teams in a cross-functional environment
Background in digital marketing measurement, tracking, and performance analysis
