Business Development Representative (BDR) Location - Remote/In-Office Policy Hybrid – Atlanta, GA (2–3 days onsite weekly)

Job Description We are seeking a motivated and coachable Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline growth in the mid-market segment. This is an outbound-focused role where you will engage prospects, generate interest, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.

You will execute multi-channel outreach using data and personalization to connect with key decision-makers. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll play a critical role in building pipeline and contributing to overall revenue growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

Execute outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social channels.

Run targeted campaigns including intent-based outreach, winbacks, and competitive conversions.

Follow up on inbound leads and prioritize outreach based on ICP fit and engagement signals.

Personalize messaging using research, AI tools, and customer insights.

Engage decision-makers across marketing, ecommerce, and data teams.

Identify customer pain points related to email marketing, automation, and data management.

Qualify leads based on defined criteria and prepare opportunities for Account Executives.

Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in Salesforce and Outreach.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and SQL targets.

Continuously improve messaging, objection handling, and call strategies.

Required Experience/Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Prior experience in sales or outbound prospecting.

Ability to quickly learn and apply feedback in a coaching environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Connect & Sell, or ZoomInfo.

Resilience, motivation, and a proactive mindset.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or marketing technology.

Background in high-volume calling environments.

Familiarity with AI-assisted outreach tools.

Knowledge of email marketing and automation platforms.

Experience working with CRM systems.

Pay & Benefits Summary

Hourly Rate: $24.86/hour

Monthly Bonus Potential: Up to $1,300 (paid net)
