Position Overview As a
Sales Trainee , you will learn about our vehicles, services, and the automotive market to effectively assist customers. This role requires enthusiasm, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to develop expertise in vehicle options, financing, and dealership offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with vehicle selection and explain features, options, financing, and dealership services.
Conduct vehicle test drives ensuring all safety and traffic regulations are followed.
Explain vehicle operation, warranty coverage, and servicing requirements during delivery.
Maintain accurate sales documentation and records.
Negotiate sales in a clear, professional, and ethical manner.
Stay informed about new vehicles, accessories, promotions, and financing options.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
Ability to work independently and meet goals.
Focus on safety and excellent customer service.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to read and understand instructions.
