
Senior CRM manager

We are looking for experienced professional to obtain the Senior CRM manager role.
The position is opened in Warsaw, Poland (relocation is provided by the company).
Responsibilities
Design and oversee the strategic direction for CRM and outbound marketing initiatives, enhancing existing channels like push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS, while also growing CRM efforts through email marketing.
Break down strategic goals into measurable objectives, key results, and actionable plans for effective execution.
Oversee all aspects of daily CRM operations, including close collaboration with Product and Development teams to determine technical requirements for projects, manage campaign execution, and evaluate campaign performance and outcomes.
Coordinate and monitor CRM campaigns and programs, ensuring clear updates on progress, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
Serve as the main point of communication for key stakeholders and leadership regarding updates on campaigns and projects.
Requirements
4+ years of hands‑on experience in creating lifecycle CRM programs, preferably within the iGaming industry.
Strong track record in segmentation, automation strategy, and leveraging digital marketing channels such as email, push notifications, and SMS.
Comprehensive knowledge of CRM automation tools like Optimove, Symplify, or equivalent platforms.
Proficient in turning data insights into impactful marketing campaigns that drive user engagement, retention, and reduce churn.
Experience designing and implementing A/B tests to enhance performance through email, push, and in‑app messaging.
Advanced analytical capabilities with proficiency in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Familiarity with cutting‑edge tools, platforms, and marketing trends.
Prior experience working with gambling or betting B2C products is preferred, especially in high‑load marketing environments.
Upper‑intermediate level of proficiency in English.
