We are looking for a Head of CRM to take ownership of engagement and retention strategy across multiple global markets. This is a leadership role that combines strategic vision with operational excellence, driving performance through data, processes, and team enablement. The position is opened in Warsaw, Poland (relocation is provided by the company). Responsibilities

Data-Led Strategy: Use data as the foundation for decision-making, ensuring campaigns, promotions, and processes are fully insight-driven and performance-tested. Promotional Management: Plan, align, and execute complex promotional calendars with hundreds of events across multiple regions. Empowerment Through Data: Develop frameworks and training to enable teams to self-serve insights and make confident, data-driven decisions. Leadership & Coaching: Manage and grow a high-performing CRM team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Operational Excellence: Streamline CRM workflows, define scalable processes, and introduce automation to increase efficiency and output quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with BI and other CRM teams to ensure a coordinated approach to customer engagement. Requirements

CRM Expertise: 5–7+ years of experience in CRM, with a strong background in .com markets and high-volume player databases. Data Fluency: Advanced knowledge of CRM metrics, segmentation, predictive modeling, A/B testing, and performance analytics. Enablement Mindset: Experience building frameworks that empower teams to act independently on insights. Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead large, geographically distributed teams of 20+ people, set a clear vision, and develop talent. Agility & Ownership: Proactive, hands-on, and accountable, with a strong drive for continuous improvement. Communication Skills: Able to present strategies and insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Efficiency-Driven: Strong background in process design and scalable CRM operating models. Language proficiency: at least upper-intermediate level of English. What’s in it for you
