A Day in The Life:
The Omnichannel & Digital Commerce Intern will support the growth of our ecommerce and digital marketplace business by delivering reporting, insights, and performance analysis across key digital shelf metrics, including share of search, digital commerce, digital performance & omnichannel sales reporting. This role will help evaluate branded website traffic and conversion performance driven by media, SEO & customer journeys. The intern will also leverage GenAI tools to streamline reporting, build scalable insight frameworks, and develop structured performance monitoring for Digital Native accounts (e.g., Gopuff) and third‑party marketplaces (e.g., Instacart, DoorDash)
The Impact You'll Make:
Create structured scorecards and insights frameworks tailored to Digital Native platforms (e.g., Gopuff) and 3P marketplaces (e.g., Instacart, DoorDash)
Identify performance gaps and provide actionable recommendations to improve discoverability, conversion and brand presence online
Work directly with sales, brand, eCommerce and media stakeholders to translate data into concise business insights within the digital landscape
Support reporting for the branded DTC or .com environment, analyzing media‑driven traffic, organic search trends, onsite engagement, and conversion drivers/barriers
Partner with marketing and media teams to quantify how investments drive traffic quality and incremental sales
Build reporting and insights packages that help sales teams understand how digital shelf signals influence total omnichannel performance, including demand drivers and customer‑specific growth levers
Utilize GenAI tools to improve workflow efficiency, automate repetitive reporting tasks, and structure scalable templates for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
Participate in cross‑functional meetings to deliver insights and recommend business actions
Who You Are:
Working towards a degree in Business, Management, Finance or related field
Exceptional analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
Understanding of Microsoft Power BI
