Downtown NYC tech-recruiting agency is searching for an Entry Level Recruiter. This position will be Full Time, Temp-to-Hire with no experience necessary. This is a great opportunity if you're looking for a Human Resources position with an emphasis in Recruiting. Responsibilities include: Identifying, screening and phone interviewing prospective candidates as well as assisting account manager in arranging interviews and extending offers of employment. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree from a top College or University. (Minimum 3.0 GPA) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills Interest and desire to be in HR/Recruiting Ability to multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment Must be fully vaccinated Base pay starts at $22/hr.
