Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Position is 2nd Shift (M-F 3pm-12am) Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing complex employee relations issues such as performance coaching, behavioral concerns, conflict resolution, and leadership consultation. Provide guidance on company policies, employment laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and fair treatment. Conduct and review internal investigations, including performance issues, voluntary and involuntary terminations, and workplace conduct matters. Maintain thorough documentation of cases, investigations, and corrective actions. Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, and Centers of Excellence to implement effective solutions. Identify trends in employee relations and drive process improvements. Here's What You'll Bring to Samsung: 3+ years experience working in an employee relations, investigations or similar role (prior supervisory experience preferred) Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Industrial or Labor Relations (or similar) Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, proven ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially. Quickly grasps new concepts and embraces constructive feedback. Demonstrates enthusiasm, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills in fast moving environments, technical, analytical, and client facing experience. The current base salary range for this role is between $69,070 and $124,009. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance. At Samsung SAS, base pay is just one part of our total compensation package. The base compensation for this role will depend on education, experience, skills, and location.
