
Shipping, Receiving & Order Fulfillment Specialist

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving & Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly, from receiving raw materials to ensuring customer orders are packed and shipped accurately and on time.

Position‑Specific Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving
Verify order details, quantities, and shipping information before dispatch
Pack and ship customer orders securely and accurately
Coordinate shipments with carriers and track deliveries
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and flag any issues
Assist with unloading deliveries and distributing materials internally
Print and apply shipping labels using our systems
Troubleshoot shipping issues and help resolve delays or discrepancies
Order Fulfillment
Fulfill daily e‑commerce orders quickly and accurately
Verify customer information and ensure correct labeling
Restock picking bins and maintain organized inventory locations
Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts
Process returns and restocks of sellable items
Warehouse Operations & Compliance Coordination
Operate shipping equipment and warehouse tools (forklift experience is a plus)
Assist with perpetual system inventory audits and product traceability
Keep warehouse and dock areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow all company procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
Support HazMat handling and documentation (training provided if needed)
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of experience at a facility that implemented current Good Manufacturing Principles (cGMP) is preferred
1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or fulfillment preferred
Comfortable using computers and systems, i.e., Microsoft Office and inventory management
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
Physical Requirements
Safe use of the company forklift
Ability to safely lift and move boxes/packages that weigh up to 55 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach overhead, squat, kneel, and lift throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, active warehouse environment
