Enterprise Ecommerce Strategy Leader

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field 15+ years of progressive eCommerce or digital leadership experience within B2B distribution, industrial, MRO, or complex omni-channel environments. Experience leading large-scale eCommerce platforms and cross-functional digital initiatives. Job Summary Sets and executes the company's enterprise eCommerce strategy. Drives digital revenue growth, customer adoption, and platform capability. Ensures digital channels are tightly integrated with sales, pricing, supply chain, and branch operations to deliver a seamless and productive B2B customer experience and support long-term channel scale. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Owns the enterprise eCommerce strategy, multi-year roadmap, and annual investment prioritization. Drives growth and adoption of digital channels across web, mobile, and integrated digital tools. Partners with Sales, Pricing, and Operations to embed eCommerce into the go-to-market model. Oversees the end-to-end eCommerce platform, including customer experience, performance, and content. Establishes and tracks key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, and digital adoption. Leads digital merchandising and site promotion strategy in partnership with Marketing. Identifies and scales digital and eProcurement capabilities to support complex B2B purchasing. Nature and Scope Problems are complex and difficult. Solutions require complicated, extensive analysis and detailed investigation. Sets or changes the operational plans/goals of an area/business. Leads major business processes or support functions to execute company strategies. Work Environment Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Education and Experience Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 10+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management role having significant business impact.
