Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership and HR teams to drive
positive employee relations
across departments Act as a trusted advisor to managers on
performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement Handle
employee relations cases , including investigations, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns Support
work accommodations
and ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws Facilitate
training sessions, employee meetings , and HR initiatives Collaborate with Labor Relations on
union-related matters and complex ER issues Analyze and interpret
HR metrics
to support business decisions Ensure adherence to
HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards Contribute to HR projects and organizational initiatives ? Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field 36 years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience Strong experience in
Employee Relations (ER) Exposure to both
union (represented) and non-union environments Proven ability to coach and influence leadership
