Carolina PRG is partnering with a rapidly growing North American organization to identify a Senior Tax Analyst to join and make an impact on their tax team. The
Senior Tax Analyst
will play a key role in supporting various income tax functions including tax compliance, tax provision computations, and tax planning initiatives. This position offers exposure to technical tax issues, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic and growing tax department.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax filings
Assist with tax provision calculations and ASC 740 reporting
Support audits and respond to tax authority inquiries
Research and interpret tax laws to ensure compliance and identify planning opportunities
Collaborate with finance, accounting, and external advisors on tax-related matters
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the tax function
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant tax experience; public accounting preferred
Strong technical foundation in corporate tax and tax provision
Proficiency in Excel and tax software (e.g., OneSource, Corptax, etc.)
Excellent communication and analytical skills
CPA or CPA-eligible
