Omaha medical device manufacturer is seeking a consultant to assist in establishing sales tax procedures for a new product. The role involves conducting a nexus study to determine where the company has tax filing obligations. Key responsibilities include:
Researching tax laws in each relevant state
Creating an Excel table with payment and filing deadlines
Collaborating with the CFO and Controller to identify sales tax nexus
