Affinity Lead- Sales & Distribution (Channel Sales)

Family Summary/Mission:
This role will be supporting National Sales Manager to drive sales across key partnerships.
Job Responsibilities:
Own sales target of each partnership for a particular geography
Regularly visit branches of partners to do product training / refresher, ensure visibility, create top of mind recall
Manage relationship at ground level across channels of key partnerships to drive desired level of penetration / bundling
Act as one point contact for sales team to do query bursting
Exposure to DSA/ Channel model for sourcing business
Create new revenue sources by onboarding DSAs/ Channels
Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements:
Effective communicator with relationship building and interpersonal skills
Open to travel extensively across the assigned geography (95% travel role)
Individual contribution role
Background/Experience Desired:
2 years’ minimum experience in managing channel sales in insurance / banking / healthcare / wellness companies (in order of preference)
