Job Description

This is an entry-level to early-career position for a motivated individual looking to build experience in customer service, accounts receivable, and account resolution. An Account Resolution Specialist communicates with consumers and customers regarding past-due accounts on behalf of ACS clients. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, discussing account status, collecting payments, establishing payment arrangements within approved guidelines, documenting account activity, and providing professional service that reflects ACS and its clients in a positive manner. $12.00 – $15.00 per hour Schedule

Split, four 10-hour days, or 8am-5pm EDT Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate
