Oversee federal, state, and local tax compliance for U.S. corporate entities, partnerships, and investment vehicles. Lead preparation and review of complex partnership and corporate tax filings, including managing external advisors. Own the quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision and related financial reporting requirements. Monitor and interpret U.S. tax legislation impacting the firm's businesses and advise on tax implications. Collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams to support transaction analysis, structuring, and tax planning. Maintain tax calendars, workflows, and documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness. Support transfer pricing, withholding tax matters, and other cross-border tax considerations. A successful Associate Tax Director should have: CPA or advanced tax credential (preferred). 5-10+ years of experience in corporate/partnership tax compliance and ASC 740 provision. Background in financial services, asset management, or public accounting strongly preferred. Deep understanding of partnership taxation, fund structures, and federal/state corporate tax rules. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Proven ability to manage complex workflows and multiple stakeholders. What's on Offer
