Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Junior Media Buyer based in Austin, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The Junior Media Buyer will support media planning, strategy, and buying efforts across various campaigns. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the media and creative teams, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing media budgets, and ensuring successful campaign execution. The individual will be tasked with staying current on media trends and ensuring implementation aligns with client goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

Media Planning and Media Buying skills, with the ability to manage and execute campaigns effectively

Media Strategy and Analytical Skills to develop and evaluate performance‑driven plans

Strong Communication skills for collaboration with teams and reporting insights to stakeholders

Proficiency in using media and analytics tools; familiarity with digital platforms is a plus

Proactive mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Prior experience or internships in media buying or planning is an advantage

What You’ll Do

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and more

Launch, monitor, and scale campaigns focused on performance and efficiency

Work closely with leadership to refine strategy and execution across accounts

Analyze performance data and identify what’s working and what’s not

Collaborate with the creative team to improve ad performance and output

Test new creatives, hooks, audiences, offers, and formats

Manage budget pacing, reporting, and account organizationStay on top of platform changes, trends, and new opportunities

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in paid media, marketing, or analytics

Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital advertising

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Comfortable making decisions based on data

Able to move quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced environment

Organized, proactive, and accountable

Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Snapchat Ads
