We are looking for
a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build a career in sales.
Requirements Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other channels
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and sales readiness
Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities
Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in CRM systems
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow

Base salary: $65,000-$80,000 DTE + Performance-based Bonus Incentives
