Role Overview

Netsmart is seeking a Senior Director, AI & Engineering Development to lead the delivery of AI-enabled engineering solutions across our healthcare technology platform. This role is responsible for executing AI and engineering initiatives that translate product strategy into scalable, reliable, and high-impact solutions for our clients and communities.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in software engineering, including leadership roles with increasing scope. Demonstrated experience delivering AI, machine learning, or data-driven systems in production. Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, AI/ML platforms, and MLOps practices. Experience working in regulated industries; healthcare experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to partner effectively across engineering, product, data, and business teams. Strong communication, people leadership, and execution skills.
