Hoplite SolutionsTM is hiring: Senior User Experience Designer in Fort Meade

Hoplite Solutions is seeking a motivated Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to support the exciting Analysis & Mitigations mission with UX design and front-end development for an Agentic Knowledge Management System. The designer will conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors and pain points, write and maintain front-end code for implementing UX designs, and ensure seamless integration with backend systems. Additionally, develop and maintain UX documentation, including design guidelines, style guides, technical plans and milestones for UX deliverables, and user guides.

Basic Qualifications

• Mission Focus: Write and maintain front-end code to implement UX designs. Design and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to identify trends, insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Technical Proficiency: Develop front-end components using modern web technologies. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end code with existing backend services. Ensure front-end code is optimised for performance, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus 8-years of relevant experience or equivalent. Understanding of Agile and other constructs. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and Vue.js.
• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
