Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting located in Sauk Rapids, MN. This contract position offers the chance to work closely with students across all grade levels, supporting their communication and language development needs in a dynamic educational environment. Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-12 students * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs * Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress * Monitor and document student goals and outcomes regularly * Provide consultative services to school staff regarding communication strategies and interventions * Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating a supportive learning environment for students

Desired Qualifications:

* Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist * Experience working in K-12 school settings preferred * Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders relevant to school-aged children * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population * Commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centered therapy services

Location: Sauk Rapids, Minnesota Position Type: Full-Time Contract Work Setting: In-Person, K-12 School Environment This role is an excellent fit for an SLP passionate about fostering communication skills in students while working in a structured school environment.
