What You'll Do
Manage customer service inquiries from web, email, and phone channels
Process orders and quotations using ERP systems (Oracle/SAP)
Enter and track sales orders accurately in Oracle systems
Resolve order issues and ensure timely customer updates
Collaborate with internal teams to support order fulfillment
What You'll Need
Experience in customer service or inside sales
ERP experience (Oracle or SAP preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
