Role Overview
This position combines outbound sales, account development, and customer relationship management with responsibilities in social media, basic marketing support, and trade show participation. Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business through phone, email, and social media outreach using provided target lists.
Build new prospect lists through market and industry research.
Re‑engage dormant accounts and revive past business opportunities.
Manage and follow up with existing leads and open quotes.
Support leadership during customer pitches, presentations, and facility tours.
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and lead activity.
Assist with managing social media channels and posting relevant content.
Support basic marketing efforts, including website updates and digital visibility.
Attend trade shows and represent the company professionally.
Contribute to company‑wide safety initiatives and uphold safety standards.
