Portfolio Manager
to lead performance across our point-of-sale, consumer unsecured, and retail installment credit assets. Position Summary: The Portfolio Manager will serve as the internal authority on portfolio performance, risk, and structured credit execution. This is a senior individual contributor role with direct exposure to leadership and responsibility for driving portfolio outcomes — not simply monitoring them. Key Responsibilities: Own performance across point-of-sale, consumer unsecured loans, and retail installment contracts, including trend analysis and risk identification. Lead portfolio construction and forward-looking scenario modeling (base/downside / severe) Own yield and IRR targets, performance attribution, and return analysis. Prepare lender and investor reporting packages, including NAV coordination with Finance. Maintain borrowing-base and facility models tied to warehouse lines and structured credit facilities. Partner across the organization on ABS readiness, warehouse facility management, and loan management system (LMS) architecture. Oversee servicer performance, compliance, covenant monitoring, and third-party reporting integrity. Help implement an agentic approach to portfolio management, leveraging automation and intelligent workflows to improve monitoring and decision-making. Contribute to investment committee materials and provide clear portfolio risk recommendations. Drive continuous improvement in reporting standards, governance, and portfolio intelligence. Qualifications: 7–10+ years in asset-backed finance, consumer credit, ABS, or whole-loan portfolio management. Direct experience with point-of-sale lending, consumer unsecured loans, retail installment contracts, or similar consumer credit assets strongly preferred. Hands-on exposure to warehouse facilities, advance-rate structures, securitizations, and borrowing-base mechanics. Experience working with servicers, trustees, or third-party administrators. Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis capability. Comfortable operating with imperfect data sets in evolving environments. Experience in lean or scaling platforms preferred. High-agency operator with strong judgment, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and taking ownership in evolving environments.
