This role is responsible for the design, stability, and long-term scalability of the Epic environment, encompassing both clinical systems and the Revenue Cycle. Identity & Access: Oversee the technical framework for Care Everywhere and provider directory (SER) integrations to facilitate seamless data exchange across the network.
Governance & Mentorship
Architectural Guardrails: Establish best practices for Epic build and configuration, serving as the final point of escalation for the most complex technical hurdles.
Team Leadership: Provide mentorship to senior analysts and technical directors, fostering a culture of innovation and high-quality solution design.
