access certification & review programs
in SailPoint ISC Design and implement
certifications, RBAC, entitlement models, and workflows Define and manage
integrations
(API, connectors, file/db-based) Ensure
data accuracy, identity correlation, and aggregation Configure
reviewer logic, SLAs, escalation, and automated remediation Support
audit, compliance, and reporting
with clear documentation Collaborate with business/app teams to align governance requirements Recommend improvements based on
risk, audit findings, and best practices Experience Required
Bachelor's degree +
5+ years IAM/IGA experience Deep hands-on
SailPoint ISC (access certifications focus) Experience with
REST APIs, PowerShell, SQL/data analysis Strong understanding of
RBAC, identity lifecycle, and governance controls Nice to Have
Experience in
regulated/enterprise environments Identity lifecycle & deprovisioning workflows Process improvement & documentation skills Strong stakeholder communication & technical leadership
