Job Summary:
Client is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Solutions Engineer to support modernization of the NC FAST/Green portfolio. The role involves designing and delivering scalable solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud, supporting public-sector programs and ensuring alignment with technical, security, and business standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead solution design, development, and integration strategies Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows Conduct technical discovery and define requirements Mentor teams, enforce development standards, and review code Support release management and platform updates Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams Implement AI-driven enhancements and automation
Requirements:
5+ years Salesforce experience (configuration, customization, solution design) Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and integrations 3+ years in public-sector or regulated environments 2+ years in technical leadership or solution design roles.
