Customer Support Representative, Sr.

Duties include analyzing and responding to messages by customers. Resolving problems and maintain an ongoing relationship with customer. Following up on customer requests, reviewing rates as needed, tracking shipments and orders, preparing reports, customer set ups, updating customer files and profiles. Develop and prepare proposals and presentations. Prepares complex reports and performs audits.

Hours : 8:30AM to 5:30PM Education : Additional Job Details : strong excel skills, strong communication skills, customer focused, able to multi task, MS Access experience preferred, transportation and shipping knowledge preferred
