Reviewing and approving consumer installment loans Assisting Branch Team Members with all loan approval issues as needed. Creating and maintaining positive customer relationships and keeping in contact with our customers regarding their loan status Providing quick and friendly customer service either in person or over the phone to assist with questions, or taking and posting loan payments
