What We Do Engagements span the full spectrum of IT transformation, helping government clients execute on their most critical strategic priorities, including: Digital Acceleration & Transformation Cloud Strategy & Migration Big Data & Analytics Applications Rationalization Security & Risk Management Sourcing & Ecosystem Optimization Enterprise Enablement Contract & Cost Optimization Benchmarking The Role As a Senior Managing Partner, you will own and grow a defined portfolio of government clients within the State of California — operating as a trusted advisor at the highest executive levels while delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology strategy engagements. You will advise on both long-horizon strategic priorities and near-term tactical challenges, partnering with Technical Expert Partners and internal delivery teams to bring the firm's best capabilities to bear. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a seasoned consultant who can sell, lead, and deliver at the intersection of government and enterprise technology. What You'll Bring Management consulting pedigree from a well-regarded firm, with demonstrated experience in both project delivery and business development Direct experience with State of California government agencies — such as Health & Human Services, Transportation, Pension Administration, or Public Safety — strongly preferred Technical fluency across multiple enterprise IT domains; prior experience as a solution/technical architect or senior analyst a plus Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in a client-facing role Proven ability to build and lead high-performing consulting teams that leverage technology to drive mission-critical outcomes Executive presence — ability to influence and build xywuqvp trust-based relationships with C-suite and senior government leaders Intellectual curiosity and creative problem-solving skills; able to adapt established frameworks to complex client challenges MBA or advanced degree preferred Who You Are Comfortable selling to and advising senior government executives at the highest strategic level Coachable — embraces best practices and feedback as a path to continuous improvement Resilient and optimistic; perseveres through complex stakeholder environments with humility Able to inspire both technical and non-technical professionals toward a shared mission Hands-on operator who can manage multiple client priorities simultaneously Located in
