Responsibilities: Heavy data entry in company CRM software Maintaining and updating spreadsheets using MS Excel File management, organization and clerical support Maintain office documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Perform other tasks and functions as assigned to provide support to other team members and internal departments Qualifications: Experience working in a corporate environment College preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Personable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Skills: Strong attention to detail Ability to type 60 wpm Ability to effectively multitask Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - mainly Word, Excel and Outlook Experience: 2
4 years of recent administrative, data entry, or clerical support experience in a corporate environment Work Hours: 8:00am
