Serena & Lily is seeking a Director of FP&A to join our finance team. The role will focus on leading the analytics, forecasting, and decision making related to revenue through gross margin, as well as balance sheet and cash flow forecasting. This position reports to our VP Finance, and partners crossfunctionally. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is naturally curious and data driven. Responsibilities: Lead analysis and develop financial models to drive business decisions Own budgeting and forecasting of key financial metrics Maintain and expand reporting to measure and track KPIs and business drivers Prepare monthly and quarterly financial presentations for internal leadership team, Board of Directors and external customers (Bank, Auditors, and Investors) Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives Partner closely with the Accounting team to support the monthly close process and ensure accurate financial reporting Identify areas for improvement in current FP&A processes Qualifications : 10+ years of FP&A experience in a retail and ecommerce business Expertise in financial modeling and data analysis Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint knowledge Superior analytical skills with strong attention to detail Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing finance teams Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP system Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment High level of ethics, integrity, discretion and confidentiality Compensation: $160-200k

per year is the anticipated starting base pay for this role. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this role. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, education, and skills.
